Boys help decorate the Committee Room

The boys of Room 9 let their artistic streaks shine through recently when they undertook an art project to help brighten up the Scoil Mhuire Committee Room which is used regularly by parent helpers and visitors to our school.
Inspired by the work of George Callaghan, an Antrim man, the boys took paint to canvas and worked very effectively as teams  to present some of his most well-known landscape, musical and figure paintings.
The boys were delighted with the outcome of their work and the walls of the Committee Room are now adorned with bright, contemporary, eye-catching works of art, hand-painted by our talented Scoil Mhuire boys!
