We were delighted to host the Minister for Education, Richard Bruton to demonstrate some P.E. curriculum activities during Active Schools Week in Scoil Mhuire. The Minister was greeted in song by members of our school choir. He was then escorted to the school hall for a gymnastics demonstration and circuit training demonstration by 6th Class. Next, he visited our school yard to watch hurling and athletics practice. Before he bid us farewell he was treated to a whole school workout in the school yard.
